Dr. Patel combines advanced clinical expertise with a patient-centered approach to ensure each individual receives personalized care in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Dr. Michelle Trott received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2000 and practiced at Welsh Mountain Medical and Dental Center for seven years before joining us in August 2007.

Dr. Trott has volunteered for many programs, including Sealant Saturday and Special Smiles for Special Olympics. She now resides in East Lampeter with her husband and three children.

Dr. Ibragim Pashaliyev is a graduate of McCaskey High School where he was a member of the cross country and track teams. After graduation, he majored in Biology at Millersville University and tutored chemistry and organic chemistry. He was awarded the Don R. and Judith C. Carter Science Awards. He earned his dental degree from LECOM School of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, FL.

Dr. Pashaliyev and his Family immigrated to the United States from the Russian Federation as Turkish Refugees in 2006. They feel very fortunate to have settled here in Lancaster County and will be forever grateful to the Sunnyside Mennonite Church for helping them transition to life in the United States. Dr. “Ibragim” is very excited to be back home in Lancaster County and serve his hometown community.

Bender Dental Group is always looking to expand our team with enthusiastic and skilled office personnel. Associate Doctor

If you are an experienced and ambitious dentist, we offer full-time and part-time positions for you. With flexible hours and the potential to grow, no stress of management, staffing, payroll, bills, and collections, we welcome you to consider joining our prevention-focused and patient-centered practice.

Hygienist

Hygienists play a vital role in a dental office. Hygienists can prepare clinical and laboratory diagnostic tests, take and develop X-rays and other recordings. We welcome those licensed to remove plaque, stains, and calculus from teeth, teach the practice of good oral hygiene, and provide preventative dental care to join us.

Front Desk Receptionist

If you have receptionist experience, consider becoming the focal point of our practice. We rely on the front desk receptionist to manage dental appointments, answer phones, and greet and check-in patients as they come in. Tasks also include ensuring all personal and insurance information is up to date, maintaining patient records, and triage appointments for staff.

Dental Assistant

At Bender Dental Group, we welcome responsible and hard-working dental assistants to join us. We appreciate assistance with maintaining patients’ charts, instrument facilitation, sterilization, teeth impressions, X-rays, and more. At times, a dental assistant may help with appointment scheduling and inventory orders.

Financial Coordinator

After a patient’s visit, the financial coordinator informs the patient about their treatment plan and educates them on various financial options. This role requires someone organized, professional, and reliable. We need someone confident in estimating co-payments, presenting fees and estimates, generates daily reports, and implements financial policies.

Hygiene Coordinator

Alongside the receptionist, we need a hygiene coordinator who can develop, coordinate, and maintain a productive hygiene schedule. To maintain a productive hygiene schedule, the hygiene coordinator must work with all practice staff and maximize the hygiene department production. Utilizing excellent organization and customer service skills, you will operate a computer and scheduling software.
